 Here's a 7-day digital detox list to help you unplug and recharge:



Day 1: Identify Your Usage


Track your screen time: Become aware of how much time you spend on your devices. Most smartphones have built-in screen time trackers. Utilize these to understand your baseline usage.


Day 2: Schedule Device-Free Zones


Designate tech-free zones: Identify areas in your home that will be device-free zones. This could be your bedroom, the dinner table, or even during your morning routine.


Day 3: Silence the Noise

 Turn off notifications: Constant notifications can be a major distraction. Turn them off for all but the most essential apps (like work emails or calls from family).


Day 4: App Cleanse

 Uninstall unnecessary apps: Audit your apps and get rid of any that you don't use regularly or that contribute to mindless scrolling.


Day 5: Replace Screen Time with Real-World Activities
